NEXT STEPS
While we love getting to meet urgent care issues, we know that our patient's healthcare needs go beyond the services we provide on site. The resources below can help ensure you get the care you need. As always, feel free to call us or visit one of our clinics if you have questions or want to talk to someone for more information on what your best next step for healthcare might be!
MINISTRY
RESOURCES
Our clinics partner with Watermark Community Church. As an organization aiming to serve our city we strive to care for the entire person- not just the physical. Our church is equipped with many resources to help serve you in all life stages or situations. From ministries for teens, to recovery ministries, to divorce care, to marriage help- we hope to connect you to a place where you can be known and cared for long after you leave our clinic. Use the links below to find a ministry that might meet your needs at Watermark. If you would like for someone from the church to reach out to you about our ministries you can fill out this form here.
PRIMARY CARE
Primary care physicians are essential for managing your ongoing healthcare needs, such as blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid issues, and more. Please note that our facility does not provide primary care services, including disability or social security physicals. If you need these services, please refer to the list below to find a primary care physician near you.
DENTAL
SERVICES
Our clinic provides dental extractions for infected or broken teeth that are causing pain. This is the only service we offer that requires an appointment. Since it may take a few weeks to schedule an appointment with us, you might desire more immediate assistance. Please use the referral sheet to find other dentists who can help you sooner if necessary. Additionally, we do not offer services such as cleanings and restorative work, but the locations on this list do. If you have any questions, please leave a message at 469-485-5523, and we will call you back as soon as possible.
WOMEN'S HEALTH - GYNECOLOGY
& MAMMOGRAMS
Our clinic can assist with urgent women's health issues such as UTIs and pregnancy checks. We have pregnancy resources available for patients who are within their first trimester and can help facilitate ongoing prenatal care. You can call 469-259-3000 if you would like to speak to someone about these resources. We do not provide services like mammograms, pap smears, treatment for abnormal bleeding, or birth control prescriptions. Please refer to the lists below for clinics that can help with these services.
VACCINES -
IMMUNIZATIONS
We do not provide immunizations on-site. Please refer to the attached list for options in Dallas, Collin, Denton, and Tarrant Counties. If you have had an injury or animal bite and think you may need a tetanus shot, we can provide a consultation to determine the necessary steps. For TB tests related to employment or immigration, Dallas County Health Services, listed on the front page of these referrals, can assist you.
SPECIALISTS
If you have concerns related to rheumatology, neurology, gastroenterology, dermatology, or orthopedics, Watermark Urgent Care may be able to assist. For cases where our clinic is not the best fit, please refer to the resource sheet below for additional options. If you have questions or need guidance on where to go for these issues, we are happy to see you and help direct you to the appropriate next steps.
PEDIATRICS
We are happy to provide urgent care for children at our clinic, including treatment for coughs, colds, infections, and minor injuries. However, we encourage every family to have a pediatrician for regular assessments, tracking growth, and addressing any questions about your child's development. Please use the attached list to find a pediatrician who can meet the ongoing needs of your family.
VISION
For eye complaints related to possible infections, allergies, or medical concerns we'd be glad to see you and have our providers discuss how we can help. We are unable to help for anything related to vision, eyesight, glasses or contacts fittings, but the following resources may be able to provide you the needed resources in your area.
PEDIATRIC
DENTAL
We will gladly see little ones at our clinic for urgent care needs (cough/cold, infections, minor injuries). We encourage every family to have a pediatrician and dentist for yearly assessments, tracking growth, and to answer any questions for your growing child. If you have a child with a dental need, check out the resources below!
